Company Liability Limitation

  • No Liability for Misuse: CheatCoder and its developers are NOT liable for any misuse of the Software by users.
  • No Responsibility for Consequences: We are NOT responsible for any academic penalties, account suspensions, legal issues, or other consequences resulting from user misuse.
  • User Assumption of Risk: You use the Software at your own risk and assume all responsibility for compliance with applicable policies.
  • No Endorsement of Cheating: We do not endorse, encourage, or support the use of our Software for cheating or academic dishonesty.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use CheatCoder for:
